That is really sad! Some pathetic Eff's vandalizing the office and all! Where was this picture from? I just started volunteering for Obama, because I'm fed up with it all and need to do my part and it is uplifting:) I just started my blog to get some stuff off my chest and be upbeat and express some positive views. Unfortunately, I see the same idiots that pulled the same crap as in the picture pervade this site too and find myself in a war of negativity with them. Like I mentioned, can't reason with them, so I hope I can start overlooking the ignorance, racism & hatred so prevalent here. What just blows my mind, is 99% of the people behind all of this, lose absolutely nothing from him [Obama] winning the Whitehouse. I'm willing to guarantee not a one of them make over $100k a year, so therefore not a one of them has gained or been assisted in any way whatsoever by the current liars & thieves in office. Ideology clouds their ability to objectively view their very own reality. Rove, Mc Same, Bush, the whole old crowd of kings, they are a dangerous bunch. I am teaching my daughter to be eager to embrace the world while seeing the dangers. The GOP and the Bush team has gone to great Orwellian feats to buzz the American public on trigger words. But now I think the cloak is off the boozehounds drunk on blood beyond the curtain and they are being unmasked. But there is still a wide swath of Americans that "fear the other." Barak represents that fear to them and the GOP is gonna go gangbusters on trying to play to these fears and keep the death machine going. Send love there way, backed up by the fist of evidence. Because we don't want to become our enemy by defeating them...We want to win their hearts and minds. Your call to go heart to heart with these jokers is valiant, but I think pointless. It's like trying to talk Hannibal Lecter outta cannibalism when your trapped in a cell with him and he's hungry. Boy's only got one thing on his mind. I guess the idealist in me is hoping that there are enough people who are willing to openly discuss these topics. Otherwise, I will become more & more frustrated and cynical of this society.
